I would like to know with which exchange you can expect the least technical problems.
I am having troubles now with automated trading on Kraken since almost 12 hours.
I understand technical failures can occur, but I am not really pleased by errors that last 12 hours or more.
Hence my question, so I can use an alternative exchange for BTC/EUR.
I just signed up for BTC-e, but I find them quite expensive in deposit/withdrawal fees.
They need to support SEPA as weill as I hate signing Letters of Intent (or whatever it's called) when you want to withdraw funds from an American account to a European one
In my experience your best API experience is going to come from Stamp Finex and BTCe.
Anything China has to deal with "the great chinese firewall".
If you use BTCe I suggest you enter and exit their exchange either A) from Europe or B) in crypto.
I am in The Netherlands and as far as I know that is still in Europe, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Their (BTC-e) SEPA account is in Latvia though.
Which brings me to the next question.
For BTC-e on Tradewave I only have the choice for btc/usd and ltc/usd. But I saw BTC/EUR on their website as well.
Can I use the same code (in another bot of course) as for Kraken?
No Tradewave does not currently allow access to the BTCEUR pair at BTCe. You would have to convert to BTC before you begin trading live then trade the BTCUSD pair.
